Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please write to us at support@shipglobal.in or call our customer care at 9811098919 with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.
